## Candidate Requirements
We are looking for motivated individuals who possess a strong drive for excellence and a commitment to personal and professional development. To be considered for this program, you must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably in International Relations, Business Management, Marketing Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Law, or Public Relations.
* Experience: Between 1–2 years of relevant work experience is preferred; however, high-achieving fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
* Leadership Potential: A proven track record of leadership in organizations, committees, or personal development activities is a distinct advantage.
* Skill Set: Strong interpersonal communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
