## Available Positions
1. Research & Development (R&D) Staff
Location: Manufacturing Division, Bekasi
We are looking for an innovative engineering professional to lead product development and design processes.
* Key Responsibilities: Designing 3D mechanical models and shop drawings, conducting reverse engineering, creating prototypes, and ensuring designs comply with SNI, ISO, and ASTM standards.
* Qualifications: Minimum D3/S1 in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechatronics Engineering. Requires 1–2 years of experience in fabrication or design, proficiency in 3D modeling software, and a strong grasp of material strength and assembly tolerances.
2. Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Staff
Location: Manufacturing Division, Bekasi
Help us maintain a culture of safety and operational compliance across our manufacturing sites.
* Key Responsibilities: Conducting safety audits, leading toolbox meetings, managing safety documentation (PTW, MSDS), and ensuring compliance with national OHS (K3) regulations.
* Qualifications: Minimum D3 in Environmental Engineering, OHS, or Public Health. Must hold a valid Driver’s License (SIM A) and ideally an AK3U Kemnaker certification. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
3. Field Implementation Staff
Location: Manufacturing Division, Bekasi
This role is for hands-on individuals who thrive in technical fabrication and installation environments.
* Key Responsibilities: Coordinating project schedules, overseeing fabrication and installation, and managing material requests.
* Qualifications: High school (SMA/SMK) diploma, preferably in Mechanical or Welding Engineering. Must be able to interpret shop drawings and utilize basic workshop measurement tools.
4. Digital Marketing & Customer Service
Location: Manufacturing Division, Bekasi
Help us expand our market presence and manage client relationships through digital channels.
* Key Responsibilities: Managing company websites, creating promotional content via Canva, handling customer inquiries, and assisting in sales outreach.
* Qualifications: D3/S1 in Marketing, Communications, or related fields. Proficient in SEO, Google Business Profile, and Microsoft Office. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Mandarin is a significant advantage.
5. Quality Control (QC) Inspector
Location: Manufacturing Division, Bekasi
Ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and precision.
* Key Responsibilities: Inspecting production outputs, verifying compliance with technical drawings, and maintaining rigorous quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
* Qualifications: D3/S1 in Mechanical Engineering with at least 2 years of QC experience. Must be proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
6. Management Trainee (MT)
Location: Various Adhimix Subsidiary Units
An intensive program designed to develop the next generation of company leaders.
* Key Responsibilities: Mastering core business processes, participating in hands-on field training, and driving innovation across our operational departments.
* Qualifications: Recent graduates with a D4 diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Architectural Engineering, or Accounting. Minimum GPA of 2.75. Candidates must be analytical, disciplined, and willing to be stationed at any Adhimix operational site.
7. CNC Operator
Location: Manufacturing Division, Bekasi
Execute precision machining tasks to support our manufacturing requirements.
* Key Responsibilities: Operating CNC Laser Cutting or Bending machines, performing quality checks using precision tools, and adhering to strict maintenance SOPs.
* Qualifications: SMK graduate in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering. At least 1 year of experience in CNC machine operation is required.
