1. Environment Department
* Role Summary: Ensure strict implementation and compliance with environmental management systems, AMDAL/ESIA regulations, ISO 14001 standards, and the Internal Biodiversity Code of Practice. Responsibilities include conducting biodiversity management (mycorrhizal, bacterial, and tissue cultures), monitoring flora, fauna, and aquatic biota, enriching degraded forests, conserving local tree species, and preparing timely environmental performance reports.
