1. Graduate Development Program (GDP) 2025
This program is tailored for recent S1 graduates who are ready to immerse themselves in the complexities of the energy industry. Applicants must not have previously applied for the Badak LNG GDP in 2024 or 2025.
* Indonesian citizen (WNI).
* Maximum age of 30 years as of December 27, 2024.
* Minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale) from an "A" or "Superior" accredited university.
* Civil, Mechanical, Electrical (Power), Chemical, Physics, or Industrial Engineering.
* Computer Science, Informatics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Information Management.
* Cyber Security, Data Science, or Artificial Intelligence.
* Law or Accounting.
2. Management Trainee Program (MT) 2025
Designed for D3 and D4 graduates, this program focuses on cultivating future leaders capable of maintaining the operational excellence that Badak LNG is known for. Applicants must not have applied for the MT program in 2024 or 2025.
* Indonesian citizen (WNI).
* Physically and mentally healthy, non-color blind, and drug-free.
* Maximum age of 27 years as of December 27, 2024.
* Minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale) from an "A" or "Superior" accredited university.
* Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or Chemical Engineering.
* Secretarial studies or Office Administration.
