## About the GAMMA Program
The GAMMA program is a strategic development initiative designed to cultivate future supervisors who will manage field operations with precision, technical knowledge, and accountability. This program provides participants with intensive training at the BSP Academy in Kisaran, North Sumatra, blending theoretical expertise with essential field-management skills.
## Candidate Qualifications
We are seeking motivated individuals who are ready to build a career in the plantation sector. To be eligible for the GAMMA program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A minimum of a Diploma (D1) degree in Agriculture, Plantation, or Forestry.
* Experience Level: Open to fresh graduates or individuals with a maximum of one year of professional experience.
* Academic Achievement: A minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75.
* Relocation: Candidates must be willing to be stationed in any of the company’s operational regions across Sumatra and Kalimantan.
* Training Commitment: Willingness to undergo a six-month intensive education program at the BSP Academy in Kisaran, North Sumatra.
* Service Obligation: Commitment to a two-year service bond upon completion of the training.
* Status: Single/unmarried.
