Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for candidates who possess a blend of technical aptitude and soft-skill proficiency. To qualify, you must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Mechatronics.
* Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to interpret complex technical drawings and electrical or mechanical diagrams. Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar engineering software is considered a significant advantage.
* Leadership and Growth: A history of active participation in organizational activities, complemented by strong communication skills and a sharp analytical mindset.
* Flexibility: Willingness to be stationed at our Pagaden plant in Subang.
