## Essential Qualifications and Experience

General Requirements
* Prior experience within the mineral mining industry is highly advantageous.
* A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience at the same level and position is required for all Supervisor-level roles and above.
* A minimum of 3 years of pertinent professional experience at the same level and position is required for all Staff-level roles.
Specific Role Requirements
* For Accounting Staff, Budget Controller Supervisor, Cost Control Staff, and Cost Accounting Supervisor:
* Demonstrated expertise in costing methodologies and financial reporting.
* Comprehensive understanding and practical experience with Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and Cost of Goods Manufactured (COGM).
* For Accounting Staff:
* Previous professional experience as an external auditor.
* For Civil Supervisor:
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, particularly applied to road construction projects.
* For Legal Staff (Position #17):
* Preference for candidates currently domiciled in Sulawesi.

* Proven experience in both finance and logistics management.
* For Marketing & Shipping Manager:
