## Open Positions and Career Paths
We are inviting talented individuals to apply for the following roles:
1. Production Officer (Pesticide)
* Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering (fresh graduates are welcome).
* Candidates with 1+ years of production experience (Engineering background preferred).
* Strong leadership, communication, and ERP manufacturing system skills.
* Deep knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018.
* Familiarity with Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) concepts is a distinct advantage.
* Responsibilities:
* Oversee production workflows to ensure compliance with standards.
* Manage team performance to meet production targets.
* Maintain comprehensive documentation in alignment with international ISO standards.
2. Quality Control Officer
* Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Analysis, Chemical Engineering, or Pharmacy.
* Understanding of pesticide production and raw material characteristics.
* Proficiency in physical and chemical parameter testing.
* Familiarity with Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) concepts.
* Responsibilities:
* Monitor critical quality parameters and conduct process sampling.
* Identify deviations and potential defects throughout production.
* Drive improvement projects to enhance process efficiency and minimize product defects.
3. PDCA Officer
* Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Industrial Engineering (fresh graduates encouraged).
* Strong grasp of PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act) cycles and ISO standards.
* Proficiency in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and PICA documentation.
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
* Responsibilities:
* Identify and prioritize operational issues based on cost, quality, and safety impacts.
* Conduct RCA and coordinate with departments to implement corrective actions.
* Monitor action plan progress to ensure targets are met through continuous improvement.
4. R&D Officer (Plastic)
* Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (fresh graduates are welcome).
* Experience in R&D preferred; proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar technical software.
* Understanding of plastic manufacturing processes and materials.
* Responsibilities:
* Execute research and development for new product formulations and designs.
* Conduct trial runs, material testing, and quality evaluations.
* Establish technical specifications and maintain detailed documentation of all product development cycles.
