1. Field Assistant (FA): Based in Kalimantan & Papua.
2. Assistant Mill (AM): Based in Kalimantan & Papua.
3. Assistant Civil & Infra (ACI): Based in Kalimantan.
4. Assistant HRD (HCCS): Based in South Kalimantan.
5. Investor Relation (IR): Based at the Head Office in Jakarta.
6. Staff Internal Audit: Based in Kalimantan.
7. Manager HRD (MGR HCCS): Based in Papua.
## Candidate Qualifications
To be considered for these positions, applicants must meet the following baseline criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Law, Psychology, Agriculture, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Civil Engineering.
* Professional Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience specifically within the palm oil plantation industry.
* Technical Proficiency: Prior knowledge or certification in SAP is highly preferred and considered a significant advantage.
* Soft Skills: Candidates must demonstrate high energy, strong communication abilities, and an unwavering commitment to professional integrity.
* Mobility: Must be willing to be stationed at any of the company’s operational locations as per business requirements.
