## Job Role and Core Responsibilities
As a Production Packer, you will play a vital role in ensuring that manufacturing lines run smoothly and efficiently. Your day-to-day duties will include:
* Material Preparation: Assisting in the preparation of raw materials and production supplies needed for daily operations.
* Execution of Packaging Processes: Supporting the filling and packing stages to maintain product quality and hygiene standards.
* Product Organization: Neatly and securely arranging finished, packaged goods to prepare them for safe distribution.
* Workplace Standards: Strictly adhering to the 5S methodology (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke) to maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
