## Core Responsibilities of the HVAC Operator
As an integral member of our facility maintenance division, you will ensure optimal environmental control and equipment functionality across our production floors. Your primary daily duties will include:
* Preventative Maintenance: Executing scheduled service routines to maximize the lifespan and efficiency of all heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units.
* Routine Inspections: Conducting daily system walkthroughs and diagnostic checks to identify potential operational anomalies before they escalate.
* Minor Repairs: Promptly troubleshooting and fixing minor mechanical or electrical faults within the HVAC network to prevent production downtime.
* System Monitoring: Continuously tracking performance metrics, temperature controls, and airflow standards to maintain a stable manufacturing environment.
## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements
To thrive in this dynamic industrial setting, applicants must meet specific professional and educational criteria. We are looking for candidates who exhibit strong technical aptitude and a proactive work ethic.
Educational Background: Minimum high school graduate (SMA or SMK), with a specialized major in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technology (Teknik Pendingin dan Tata Udara*) strongly preferred.
* Age Requirement: At least 18 years of age at the time of application submission.
* Work Schedule: Fully prepared and flexible to work in a rotating shift system.
* Technical Competency: Demonstrated ability to perform preventative maintenance, routine inspections, and minor repairs on commercial or industrial HVAC systems.
* Work Location: Ready and willing to be permanently stationed at our primary production facility in Depok.
