## Career Opportunity: General Affairs (GA) Staff
We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled professional to join our team as a General Affairs (GA) Staff at our Plant Site in Serang, Banten. This role is ideal for those who are passionate about corporate administration and looking to build a career within a high-standard, international energy environment.
Core Responsibilities
In this position, you will report directly to the GA Management team. Your daily duties will include:
* Managing comprehensive office administrative tasks.
* Overseeing asset and inventory administration.
* Coordinating with vendors and facilitating procurement processes.
* Maintaining accurate documentation, filing systems, and reporting.
* Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external coordination.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) from the class of 2024 to the present.
* Academic Background: Degree in Chinese Mandarin Studies, Business Administration, Administrative Management, or other relevant fields.
* Language Proficiency: Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese with a minimum HSK Level 5 certification.
* Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, a high sense of responsibility, and the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
* Location: Willingness to work onsite at the Jawa 7 Plant in Kramatwatu, Serang, Banten.
