## Job Description: Recruiter
As a core member of our human resources department, you will manage the end-to-end talent acquisition lifecycle. Your daily responsibilities will directly impact our organizational growth and workforce capability.
* Manage the comprehensive recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing to initial screening and final placement.
* Administer psychological testing, evaluate results, and accurately score candidate assessments.
* Conduct structured, competency-based interviews utilizing the Behavioral Event Interview (BEI) technique.
* Prepare and submit detailed daily recruitment reports to track hiring metrics and pipeline progress.
## Candidate Qualifications
To succeed in this role, applicants must meet the following professional and educational prerequisites:
* Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Psychology.
* Professional Experience: At least 1 year of proven working experience in a dedicated recruitment or talent acquisition role.
* Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in administering and interpreting standard psychological testing tools.
