The Production Officer plays a pivotal role in ensuring that manufacturing lines operate efficiently, safely, and in strict compliance with quality standards.
Core Responsibilities
* Process Oversight: Monitor daily manufacturing operations closely, identifying operational bottlenecks or deviations, and implementing prompt corrective actions.
* Audit Resolution: Coordinate and oversee corrective maintenance and procedural improvements stemming from internal and external quality audits.
* Data-Driven Optimization: Generate comprehensive manufacturing reports and perform rigorous data analytics to continuously enhance operational productivity and output.
Candidate Qualifications
* Gender & Age: Open to male and female applicants up to a maximum age of 40 years.
Educational Background: Must hold a Pharmacist Professional Degree (Profesi Apoteker) or a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (S1 Farmasi*).
* Academic Performance: Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75 for undergraduate studies, completed within a maximum study period of 6 years.
* Work Arrangement: Must be willing to work in a rotating shift schedule.
