Position Overview
* Department: Operation – Power Block
* Role: Field Operator
* Education Requirement: Minimum Diploma (D3) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electro Engineering.
Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following qualifications:
* Experience Level: Fresh graduates or professionals with no more than one year of experience since graduation.
* Technical Advantage: Previous technical experience gained through On-the-Job Training (OJT) in a power plant setting is considered a strong plus.
* Industry Knowledge: Hands-on experience as a Field Operator or in a similar capacity within a coal-fired power plant is highly preferred. Specifically, candidates with exposure to Supercritical or Ultra-Supercritical boiler technologies will be prioritized.
* Communication Skills: Proficiency in both written and spoken English is mandatory.
* Technical Proficiency: Strong computer literacy, particularly with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Adaptability: Must be willing to work at the power plant site in Desa Salira, Serang Regency, Banten.
* Operational Flexibility: Applicants must be prepared to work rotating shifts, including 8- to 12-hour windows, covering nights, weekends, and holidays.
* Resilience: The ability to perform effectively under pressure is essential for this role.
