1. Quality Control Liquid Staff
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to ensure that our liquid premix processes strictly adhere to operational standards.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Inspect mixing processes and authorize the status of premixes before storage.
* Document analysis results and manage reporting for semi-finished goods.
* Identify and troubleshoot non-conforming products (NCR).
* Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment while managing reagent stock.
* Champion 5S and workplace health and safety (K3) protocols.
* Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Chemistry, Chemical Analysis, or Chemical Engineering (GPA min. 3.00).
* Proven experience in FMCG laboratory or QC roles.
* Familiarity with CPKB and PKRT regulations.
* Proficiency in MS Office, cloud-based file management, and SAP.
2. Senior General Affair Staff
We seek an experienced professional to streamline our general office operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee facility management, security operations, and office supply logistics.
* Manage company permits, import licenses, and expatriate documentation.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
* Ensure precise record-keeping for all GA activities.
* Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law, Civil Engineering, or a related field (GPA min. 3.00).
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in General Affairs, ideally within the FMCG or manufacturing sector.
* Expertise in Indonesian corporate, import, and expatriate regulations.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
3. PPIC Staff
Manage the bridge between production planning and inventory control to meet delivery targets efficiently.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Develop sales forecasts and production schedules to optimize buffer stock.
* Calculate raw material and packaging requirements for upcoming production cycles.
* Coordinate with Marketing, QC, R&D, and Purchasing departments to ensure seamless operations.
* Maintain compliance with ISO 9001:2018 and ISO 14001:2018 standards.
* Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering, or Management (GPA min. 3.00).
* At least 2 years of experience in an FMCG PPIC role.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP/ERP systems.
* Strong analytical thinking, creativity, and professional loyalty.
