Our development program is divided into two primary functional categories, each offering specialized training and exposure to large-scale real estate operations.
Technical Functions
Participants in this track will work closely with the backbone of our projects, focusing on infrastructure and urban vision.
* Business Development: Evaluating new market opportunities and strategic ventures.
* Master Planning: Designing sustainable, long-term urban environments.
* Project Management: Overseeing the lifecycle of construction and development.
* Township Management: Ensuring the operational excellence of our integrated residential and commercial zones.
Non-Technical Functions
This track is ideal for candidates focused on the operational, commercial, and service-oriented aspects of real estate.
* Property Sales: Driving growth and client acquisition.
* Administration Services: Supporting the organizational efficiency of our business units.
* Township Hospitality Management: Elevating the standard of living for our residents and tenants.
## Qualifications and Requirements
We are looking for motivated candidates who possess both academic excellence and the drive to excel in a fast-paced environment. To qualify for the program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Urban & Regional Planning, Business Management, or Communication Studies.
* Academic Performance: A minimum GPA of 3.20 from a reputable university.
* Experience Level: Open to fresh graduates or individuals with no more than one year of professional experience.
* Leadership & Engagement: Candidates who have led projects, received notable awards, or maintained active roles in student organizations are highly encouraged to apply.
* Language Skills: Strong command of the English language, paired with exceptional interpersonal and leadership communication skills.
* Mobility: Willingness to be stationed at any of our project locations throughout Indonesia.
