1. Production Operator
As a Production Operator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our high output standards while ensuring that all procedures align with our rigorous safety and quality protocols.
* Execute daily production activities in strict adherence to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Maintain full compliance with occupational health, safety, and quality standards at all times.
* Educational background: Minimum SMK/Vocational high school graduate, preferably majoring in Automotive Engineering, Machining, Industrial Electronics, or related fields.
* Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred; however, we strongly encourage fresh graduates to apply.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in using precision measurement tools such as vernier calipers and micrometers.
* Safety Awareness: A proactive mindset regarding workplace safety protocols.
* Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to function effectively within a production team.
2. Quality Control Operator
The Quality Control Operator is tasked with upholding the integrity of our products. You will ensure that every component leaving our line meets the high-performance expectations our customers associate with the Isuzu brand.
* Perform comprehensive quality inspections on production output according to established SOPs.
* Identify and report deviations to ensure consistent product excellence.
* Educational background: Minimum SMK/Vocational high school graduate, specializing in Automotive Engineering, Machining, or Industrial Electronics.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in automotive manufacturing is preferred; entry-level candidates with the right technical aptitude are welcome to apply.
* Technical Skills: Ability to use standard measurement instrumentation (calipers, micrometers) and a solid grasp of 3D design concepts and CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) operations.
