We are looking for motivated professionals to fill the following roles based at our Head Office in Pluit, North Jakarta, and other strategic locations.
Corporate and Administrative Roles
1. Personal Assistant (Head Office, Pluit)
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field.
* Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably within a business context.
* Must be energetic, disciplined, and possess strong communication skills.
2. Corporate Secretary to the Director (Head Office, Pluit)
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) from a reputable university.
* At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and video conferencing tools.
* Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
3. Administrative Staff (Head Office, Pluit)
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline.
* 1–2 years of administrative experience.
* Exceptional data analysis skills, high attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Logistics and IT Management
4. Logistics Specialist (Head Office, Pluit)
* Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics operations.
* Fluent in both Mandarin and English.
* Strong capability in strategic planning, budgeting, and quality control management.
