## Role Overview: Accountant at Nila Breeding Center (NBC)
* Financial Reporting & Bookkeeping: Accurately recording daily business transactions and preparing comprehensive monthly and annual financial statements.
* Cost Accounting & COGS Calculation: Determining the precise Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) by calculating input expenses such as fish feed, fingerlings, labor, and utility costs.
* Biological Asset Management: Monitoring and evaluating biological assets (specifically the fish stock within our cultivation ponds) to ensure accurate valuation.
* Partnership and Revenue-Sharing Management: Overseeing financial records related to external partnerships, collaborative farming ventures, and profit-sharing distributions.
* Cost Control & Variance Analysis: Analyzing operational budgets, identifying discrepancies between projected and actual expenses, and suggesting cost-saving strategies.
* Cycle-Based Profitability Reporting: Generating detailed financial performance reports for individual ponds and breeding cycles to assess efficiency.
* Strategic Decision Support: Providing data-driven financial insights and projections to support senior management in operational decision-making.
## Candidate Qualifications and Professional Skills

Academic and Professional Background
* Education: A Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related discipline.
* Experience: A minimum of one (1) year of professional experience in accounting or costing roles. Prior experience working in the fisheries, aquaculture, or manufacturing sectors is highly advantageous.
