## 1. F&B Industrial Maintenance Technician
We are looking for a skilled technician to ensure our outlet operations run seamlessly. You will be the backbone of our physical infrastructure, ensuring our facilities remain in top-tier condition.
Key Responsibilities
* Preventive Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems across all outlets.
* System Repairs: Manage repairs for electrical installations, plumbing, HVAC systems, and specialized kitchen equipment.
* Troubleshooting: Identify root causes of technical failures and implement immediate, effective solutions.
* Installation Support: Assist with the setup of outlet equipment and provide technical support for civil works during outlet builds.
* Emergency Response: Provide rapid, efficient resolution to urgent maintenance issues to minimize operational downtime.
Candidate Requirements
* Minimum education: Vocational High School (SMK) or Diploma (D3) in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field.
* Proven experience: At least 2 years of experience in a maintenance or technician role.
* Technical Proficiency: Strong analytical skills for diagnosing malfunctions and executing repairs.
* Flexibility: Availability for shift work and mobility to travel between multiple outlet locations as required.

Key Responsibilities
* Guest Engagement: Greet guests with professionalism and warmth, serving as the primary point of contact for all visitors.

Candidate Requirements
