## Role Overview and Core Responsibilities
As a Production Foreman, you will serve as a vital link between plant management and operational floor teams. Your primary objective is to maintain seamless manufacturing workflows while upholding the highest standards of safety, output, and quality control.
* Machine Operations: Oversee and guarantee that all plant machinery operates efficiently in strict compliance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Quality & Quantity Control: Monitor active production processes within your assigned zone to consistently meet targeted output volumes and strict quality benchmarks.
* Documentation & Reporting: Ensure accurate, detailed logging of all daily manufacturing activities and shift metrics.
* Material Management: Coordinate and verify that material requisitions align precisely with production planning schedules to prevent workflow bottlenecks.
* Process Improvement: Spearhead innovative solutions and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing efficiency.
## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements
To thrive in this fast-paced manufacturing environment, applicants must meet the following professional and educational criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3/D4) degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
* Experience: 1 to 2 years of hands-on professional experience within a manufacturing or production environment. (Highly motivated fresh graduates are also welcome to apply).
* Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, Autonomous Maintenance (AM), Planned Maintenance (PM), Continuous Improvement methodologies, 5S/5R principles, and Occupational Health and Safety (K3) regulations.
* Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership capabilities, strong communication skills, unwavering integrity, high accountability, and resilience.
* Work Arrangement: Willingness to work in a rotating shift schedule with an established off-day system.
* Work Location: Based on-site at our manufacturing facility in Cikarang Timur.
