## Career Opportunity: Pharmacy Administration Staff
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Pharmacy Administration Staff. This role is essential to our daily operations, ensuring that all regulatory and internal documentation is handled with precision.
Key Responsibilities
* Documentation Management: Organize and maintain all relevant documents in a structured and easily accessible system.
* Operational Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports pertaining to daily operational activities to support management decision-making.
* Data Accuracy: Ensure all internal data is recorded, summarized, and verified with a high level of accuracy.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Hold a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Pharmacy.
* Experience Level: We welcome applications from motivated fresh graduates.
* Licensing: Possession of an active STRTTK (Surat Tanda Registrasi Tenaga Teknis Kefarmasian) or STRA (Surat Tanda Registrasi Apoteker) is mandatory.
* Technical Proficiency: Must be highly skilled in Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Flexibility: Must be willing to work in a shift-based schedule.
* Mobility: Applicants must be willing to be stationed in the Riau area (Pangkalan Kerinci).
