## General and Specific Candidate Requirements
To ensure our team maintains the highest standards of productivity and operational excellence, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Gender and Age: Male applicants only. Minimum age of 18 years. Maximum age of 26 years for positions 3 and 4; maximum age of 35 years for positions 1, 2, 5, 6, and 7.
* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA) or equivalent.
* Marital Status: Single status required, with an agreement to remain unmarried throughout the duration of the training program (applicable to positions 3 and 4).
* Physical and Mental Fitness: Must possess sound physical health, high personal discipline, and a strong work ethic.
* Location Flexibility: Willing to be stationed at remote company operations with limited internet connectivity.
* Mobility: Must own a personal motorcycle (required for positions 1 and 2).
* Professional Experience:
* Minimum 3 years of experience for positions 1 and 2.
* Minimum 2 years of experience for positions 5 and 6.
* Minimum 1 year of experience for position 7.
## Training Terms, Conditions, and Exclusive Benefits

* Training Duration: Mandatory 3-month intensive training program.
* Bonding and Document Security: Trainees must submit their original educational certificate to the company. The certificate will be safely returned upon the successful completion of a 2-year service bond.
* Service Commitment: A mandatory 2-year service agreement following graduation from the trainee program.
