## Finance & Administration Development Program (FADP) Overview
The Finance & Administration Development Program (FADP) is an intensive, six-month intensive acceleration initiative designed to sharpen your competencies and deepen your understanding of core management processes. Focusing heavily on finance and administrative functions within the SERA Group, this program equips you with the practical skills needed to navigate complex corporate financial landscapes.
Core Responsibilities and Daily Role Expectations
As an FADP participant stepping into a Finance & Administration role, you will be entrusted with critical branch-level financial and operational duties:
* Overseeing branch cash flow, tracking billing progress, managing accounts receivable (A/R), and verifying payment requests along with debt recognition proof.
* Conducting routine bank verifications for incoming and outgoing transactions involving vendors and clients.
* Auditing and monitoring daily branch cash positions.
* Drafting comprehensive performance reports and participating in the formulation of annual branch budgets.
* Tracking the maintenance status and operational costs of public facilities and physical branch assets.
* Supervising branch administrative personnel to ensure optimal productivity.
* Executing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives in direct coordination with the Branch Manager.
* Fostering a safe workplace culture that prioritizes employee well-being through proper health facilities and regular medical checkups.
Candidate Requirements and Qualifications
