## Job Role: Production Operator
As a Production Operator at Tiger Water Solutions, you will play a vital role on our manufacturing floor. You will help bring high-performance water systems to life, ensuring that every product meets our rigorous international standards of quality and safety.
Key Qualifications and Requirements
To thrive in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA or SMK equivalent).
* Technical Experience: Prior hands-on experience as a Fitter will be considered a significant advantage.
* Tool Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to safely and effectively operate hand tools, including grinders and general fabrication equipment.
* Welding Skills: A solid understanding of machinery and welding principles; actual welding capability is strongly preferred.
* Personal Traits: High levels of accuracy, strict adherence to workplace discipline, and the ability to collaborate seamlessly within a team.
* Work Environment: Fully comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting and adaptable to changing operational demands.
