1. Operational Administrator (Cikarang Selatan, Bekasi)
We are looking for an organized professional to manage our operational documentation and data flows.
* Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) in any field.
* Experience: At least 1 year in an operational admin role, preferably within the logistics industry.
* Core Competencies: Proficiency in tracking delivery documents (surat jalan), system data entry, reporting, and systematic document archiving.
* Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal communication and the ability to excel both independently and within a team environment.
2. Service Advisor (Makassar)
This role is essential for maintaining our fleet’s operational readiness and service standards.
* Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) in Engineering, Automotive preferred.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year as a Service Advisor.
* Technical Expertise: Strong grasp of heavy vehicle maintenance (preventive and corrective), major vehicle systems, and parts catalogues.
* Responsibilities: Overseeing the full repair cycle, from monitoring maintenance progress to conducting final inspections and managing repair order documentation (SPK).
