# Career Opportunity: Recruitment for Field Enumerators at the Department of Communication and Informatics
The Department of Communication and Informatics (Diskominfo) serves as the primary government body responsible for managing public information, developing digital infrastructure, and fostering technological literacy within the region. As part of our commitment to improving regional data accuracy for the 2025 Fiscal Year, Diskominfo is officially launching a recruitment drive for Field Enumerators to support our Household Consumption Cost Survey.
We are currently seeking 20 highly motivated individuals to join our team as Statistical Support Personnel. This role is an excellent opportunity for professionals eager to contribute to regional development through precise data collection and field research.
## Role Overview and Key Requirements
Successful candidates will be responsible for gathering essential household data. To ensure the integrity of our survey operations, all applicants must meet the following general and specific criteria:
General Qualifications
* Citizenship: Must be an Indonesian citizen who upholds the principles of Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution.
* Employment Status: Applicants must not currently hold positions as civil servants (PNS/CPNS), government employees with work agreements (PPPK), or members of the TNI/Polri.
* Personal Attributes: Physically and mentally healthy, professional in appearance, and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Soft Skills: Demonstrable integrity, a strong work ethic, creative thinking, and the ability to thrive under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
* Logistics: Proficiency in both individual and team-based fieldwork, along with the possession of a personal vehicle.
Specific Criteria
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) from any field of study.
* Age: Maximum 35 years old as of December 31, 2025.
* Location: Priority will be given to candidates residing in the target districts.
* Experience: Preference is given to applicants with proven field experience, supported by a formal Certificate of Employment or a comprehensive portfolio.
## Required Administrative Documentation
Interested candidates must submit a formal application letter addressed to the Head of the Department of Communication and Informatics, Kutai Kartanegara Regency. Please ensure the letter is typed (Arial font, size 12, 1.5 line spacing) and signed over a Rp. 10,000 duty stamp. The application package must include:
1. Curriculum Vitae (CV): A detailed resume covering personal identity, educational history, professional experience, and relevant training.
2. Statement Letter: A formal declaration expressing willingness to be stationed and perform duties within the assigned district.
3. Academic Credentials: Scanned copies of the final diploma and academic transcripts, legally certified by an authorized official.
4. Identification: A scanned copy of the National Identity Card (KTP).
5. Photography: A recent 4x6 photograph with a red background.
Note: Candidates who successfully pass the selection process will be required to provide a Police Record Certificate (SKCK), a drug-free certificate, and an NPWP tax identification number.
## Selection Timeline and Procedures
The recruitment process will be conducted transparently through the following schedule:
