## Role Overview and Job Description
As a Production Operator, you will play a vital role on the front lines of our manufacturing operations. Your daily contributions directly impact our ability to deliver top-tier products to our nationwide customer base.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute manufacturing and production processes precisely in accordance with established Work Instructions (WI) and standard operating procedures.
* Operate factory machinery and specialized work tools safely and efficiently, strictly following pre-determined operational guidelines and safety training.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace to minimize downtime and ensure smooth workflow transitions across shifts.
## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements

* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma or vocational school equivalent (SMA / SMK graduate).
