1. Industrial Relation Senior Specialist
We are seeking a seasoned Industrial Relation Senior Specialist to manage and optimize our human capital relations, ensuring a harmonious and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee all litigation and non-litigation matters pertinent to industrial relations.
* Foster constructive union and employee relations, acting as a liaison and mediator.
* Draft comprehensive legal opinions and statements of legal standing for various organizational needs.
* Prepare and review Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) related to internal and external agreements.
* Manage and cultivate external relations with key governmental bodies, including the Manpower Department (Disnaker) and Industrial Relations Courts (PHI).
General Qualifications
* Possession of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law.
* Demonstrated fluency in both spoken and written English.
* A minimum of two years' proven experience as an Industrial Relation Staff member within a manufacturing environment.
* An advocate certificate is highly preferred.
* Willingness to work on-site at our Plant in Gempol, Pasuruan Regency, East Java.

We are searching for a meticulous and dedicated QA Internal Audit Specialist to uphold our stringent quality and safety standards through comprehensive internal auditing.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement schedules for both routine internal audits and annual internal audit risk assessments.
* Compile and recapitulate the findings of internal audits on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
* Coordinate effectively with various sections and departments to address internal audit findings and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
* Conduct thorough internal audits to rigorously ensure adherence to product safety policies and regulatory requirements.
* Provide crucial support for pre-external audit inspections, ensuring readiness and compliance.
General Qualifications
* A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Technology, Fisheries, Chemistry, Biology, or a closely related scientific field.
* Demonstrated fluency in both spoken and written English.
* A minimum of two years of relevant experience as a QA Internal Audit professional within a manufacturing setting.
* Willingness to work on-site at our Plant in Pandaan, Pasuruan Regency, East Java.
Skill Competence
* Comprehensive knowledge of internal audit principles and practices, including those based on 19001:2015 standards.
* Thorough familiarity with key food safety and quality standards such as BRC (British Retail Consortium), HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points), and CCP (Critical Control Points).
* Excellent communication skills, capable of clearly conveying audit findings and recommendations.
* Strong interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration with audited departments.
