Position: Warehouse Foreman (Medan)
As a Warehouse Foreman, you will play a critical role in managing our logistical workflows and ensuring operational efficiency.
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Management.
* Professional Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations, ideally within the FMCG or manufacturing sectors.
* Operational Skills: Proficiency in managing goods receipt, storage, and issuance, as well as inventory control.
* Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of FIFO/FEFO principles, stock-taking procedures, and warehouse administration.
* System Literacy: Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; prior experience with ERP or WMS systems is highly desirable.
* Soft Skills: Strong leadership, effective communication, team coordination, and proactive problem-solving abilities.
* Personal Attributes: High attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and a thorough understanding of 5S and workplace health and safety (K3) protocols.
* Availability: Must be willing to work in shift rotations.
