As a Project Administrator at our Cikarang office, you will serve as the organizational backbone of our solar development initiatives. Your daily responsibilities will directly influence operational efficiency and project success.

* Data Management: Oversee and guarantee the accurate collection, organization, and maintenance of all critical project data.
* Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and distribute essential project documents, Minutes of Meeting (MOM), and comprehensive financial reports.
* Stakeholder Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings with external partners, clients, and stakeholders.
* Progress Monitoring: Track project milestones and material deliveries closely to ensure all deliverables consistently meet strict quality and timeline requirements.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner seamlessly with internal departments to align project needs with administrative documentation.
