## Role Overview
The Media Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth, cultivating client relationships, and expanding our footprint within the advertising industry. ## Key Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates should meet the following professional criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree; preference is given to those with a background in Marketing, Communications, Management, or related fields.
* Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in sales or marketing roles.
* Industry Edge: Prior experience within the media, television, or event organizing (EO) sectors is highly advantageous.
* Network: An established professional network consisting of companies, agencies, or advertisers is considered a significant asset.
* Personal Attributes: Must be highly communicative, confident, persuasive, and strictly target-oriented.
* Mobility: Candidates must be comfortable working in a mobile capacity, conducting regular client visits, and operating both independently and within a team structure.
* Logistics: Possession of a private vehicle and a valid driver’s license (SIM) is preferred.
* Location: Must be willing to work on-site in Solo.
