We are currently seeking a highly motivated Production Engineer to join our growing technical team.
## Key Responsibilities
As a Production Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our manufacturing workflows and ensuring the seamless operation of our production floor. Your daily duties will include:
* Production Planning: Develop detailed production and machinery maintenance schedules to ensure alignment with organizational targets.
* Performance Monitoring: Evaluate daily production metrics and analyze key performance indicators to propose efficiency and productivity improvements.
* Standardization: Create, review, and update Work Instructions (WI) and define critical process parameters to maintain high-quality output.
* Root Cause Analysis: Address technical disruptions by conducting thorough root cause investigations and implementing corrective measures to prevent recurrence.
* Reporting: Generate comprehensive production performance reports, offering actionable recommendations for process optimization.
* Compliance & Coordination: Ensure that every phase of production strictly adheres to SOPs, quality standards, and company policies, while collaborating with cross-functional departments to streamline maintenance and output.
## Required Qualifications
To excel in this role, candidates must demonstrate a strong technical background and a proactive approach to manufacturing challenges:
* Educational Background: A minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
* Experience: At least 3 years of professional experience in a production engineering capacity within a manufacturing environment.
* Quality Management: Proficient understanding of ISO 9001 (Quality) and ISO 14001 (Environmental) management systems.
* Continuous Improvement: Proven track record in applying methodologies such as Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, or similar continuous improvement tools.
* Technical Skills: Deep familiarity with manufacturing processes, heavy machinery, and fundamental industrial maintenance.
* Analytical Prowess: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide sound technical recommendations.
* Software Proficiency: High competency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
* Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to excel both independently and within a collaborative team structure.
