1. Workshop Head (Fleet Maintenance Supervisor)
The Workshop Head oversees the daily readiness, preventive upkeep, and mechanical integrity of our heavy machinery and transport vehicles. Key Qualifications & Competencies:
* Academic Background: Minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent discipline.
* Professional Track Record: At least 3 years of verifiable supervisory experience within an industrial fleet workshop or machinery maintenance facility.
