## Candidate Qualifications
We are looking for proactive, analytical, and highly skilled professionals who are ready to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. To be considered, candidates must meet the following general requirements:
* Education: Minimum D3, D4, or S1 degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Physics, Industrial Engineering, Product Design, or Informatics Engineering.
* Experience: We welcome both fresh graduates and professionals with 1–2 years of relevant experience in the automotive manufacturing sector.
* Language Proficiency: Strong command of the English language is required.
* Analytical Aptitude: Candidates must possess a strong technical, mathematical, and analytical mindset.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of electronic software is essential, specifically including Eagle, Proteus, Altium, and LTspice.
* Project Experience: Proven familiarity with electronic project lifecycles, including electrical design, PCB layout, component analysis, and circuit simulation.
