As a Site Officer Shift, you will serve as a frontline operational leader at the customer site. Your core responsibilities include:
* Managing and supervising daily receipt, storage, and distribution operations for fuel at the designated customer location.
* Ensuring adequate fuel stock availability to meet operational demands while maintaining inventory levels strictly within safe boundaries.
* Executing comprehensive monitoring, data recording, and stock reconciliation on daily, weekly, and monthly schedules.
* Overseeing bulk storage tank management, which involves precise volume measurements, product quality surveillance, and maintaining facility conditions.
* Identifying and reporting stock variances (gains and losses) while conducting preliminary investigations into potential product loss incidents.
* Supervising fuel offloading processes from suppliers and distribution workflows to end-users in compliance with standard operating procedures.
* Collaborating closely with clients, transporters, and internal operational units to guarantee uninterrupted fuel supply chains.
Candidate Qualifications
