We are officially launching our inaugural Management Trainee Program, designed to cultivate the next generation of industry leaders. This intensive program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience, receive mentorship, and play a pivotal role in our world-class production facilities. We invite fresh graduates and early-career professionals to embark on a journey of professional excellence with us.
Eligibility Criteria
To ensure our trainees are prepared for the challenges of our dynamic production environment, we are looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:
* Experience: Open to fresh graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of relevant work experience.
* Educational Background: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in the following disciplines:
* Engineering: Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, and Industrial.
* Natural Sciences: Chemistry, Physics, Biology, Food Technology, Agro-Technology, and Animal Science.
* Academic Excellence: A minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Age Limit: Maximum age of 27 years old.
* Competencies: Exceptional communication skills, demonstrated leadership potential, and sharp analytical thinking.
* Mobility: Full readiness to be stationed at the Evo Manufacturing (EMI) plant located in Tanjung Api-api, Banyuasin, South Sumatra.
