1. Warehouse Operator
This role is essential for maintaining the integrity of our supply chain. The ideal candidate will ensure the efficient handling of inventory in a cold-storage environment.
* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK).
* Experience: At least two years of experience in a warehouse setting within the food manufacturing or FMCG sector.
* Technical Requirements: Must possess an active SIO certification and demonstrate proficiency in operating reach trucks or forklifts.
* Physical Requirements: Must be comfortable working in cold storage temperatures and possess no relevant health restrictions.
* Availability: Must be willing to work across a three-shift rotation and be ready for immediate placement in Karawang Barat.
2. Maintenance Operator
We are looking for a skilled technical professional to ensure the peak performance and reliability of our production machinery.
* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) specializing in Electronics Engineering.
* Experience: A minimum of two years of hands-on experience in machine maintenance and troubleshooting within food manufacturing.
* Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of system controls, including PLC, SCADA, servo motors, instrumentation control, and weak current systems.
* Availability: Must be capable of working a three-shift rotation and prepared to start immediately in our Karawang Barat facility.
3. Team Leader – Warehouse (RMPM)
This leadership position is designed for an experienced professional capable of managing teams and optimizing warehouse workflows.
* Supervise, train, and manage warehouse operators across all shift rotations to maintain high productivity.
* Oversee end-to-end warehouse workflows, including the receiving, picking, storing, and shipping of raw and packaging materials.
* Maintain absolute data and physical stock accuracy through the rigorous use of the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
* Enforce FEFO, FIFO, and LIFO methodologies to minimize waste and prevent material expiration.
* Ensure strict compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and workplace safety protocols.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in any major.
* Experience: Minimum of two years in a leadership role within a warehouse environment, preferably within the FMCG or food manufacturing industry.
* Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of WMS and inventory management strategies (FIFO, FEFO, LIFO). An active SIO Forklift certification is considered a significant advantage.
* Soft Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, decisive problem-solving skills, and proven leadership ability.
* General Requirements: Must be prepared for shift work, available for immediate onboarding, and capable of working in Karawang Barat.
