## The Role: GMP Coordinator

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications
To thrive in this role, candidates should possess a strong technical background and a deep understanding of manufacturing operations. We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A minimum of a Diploma (D3) degree in Engineering.
* Professional Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the manufacturing or plastic production sector.
* Leadership Potential: Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience as a Coordinator or Team Leader in manufacturing or production operations.
* Technical Proficiency: Strong command of MS Office and comprehensive knowledge of:
* Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
* Halal Assurance System (SJH)
* ISO Standards
* Occupational Health and Safety (K3)
* Plastic production machinery operations
Additional Requirements
* Flexibility: Must be willing to work either shift-based or non-shift schedules based on operational needs.
* Location: Candidates residing in the Sidoarjo area are strongly preferred.
