PT Jawa Satu Power (Pertamina Power Group) is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional to join our team as a Junior Operator. We are looking for individuals who are prepared to uphold our high standards of safety, efficiency, and reliability in a world-class power generation environment.
Core Responsibilities
The Junior Operator plays a vital role in the daily maintenance and monitoring of our gas turbine combined cycle systems. Under the direct supervision of the Shift Leader and Unit Controller, you will be responsible for:
* Ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of power plant systems and equipment.
* Adhering to strict operational guidelines and safety protocols.
* Interpreting and utilizing technical documentation, including logic diagrams and Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs).
* Applying knowledge of power plant functions, water chemistry, and mechanical/electrical systems to optimize performance.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this challenging and rewarding role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Hold a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Electrical, Instrumentation & Control, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: Possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.
* Technical Proficiency: A solid understanding of CCP operations and the ability to navigate generation plant terminology and technical drawings.
* Soft Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving skills.
* Language Skills: Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
* Availability: Must be capable of working a rotating shift schedule to support 24/7 operations.
