## Position Overview: Logistic Staff
As a Logistic Staff member, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the seamless flow of domestic and export shipments, ensuring that our ambitious production goals are met with precision and punctuality.
Key Responsibilities
* Schedule Coordination: Assist in drafting and updating vessel schedules, laycan plans, and delivery timelines for both domestic and international shipments. Collaborate closely with internal teams, shipping agents, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to track progress.
* Documentation Management: Prepare, verify, and maintain precise shipping paperwork, including Delivery Orders and Shipping Instructions, alongside maintaining comprehensive cargo records and logistics databases.
* Operations Monitoring: Keep a close watch on daily cargo readiness as well as loading and discharging activities. Generate regular inventory and logistics reports while assisting with freight cost analysis and invoice verification.
Candidate Requirements
To thrive in this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Hold at least a Diploma (D3) or Bachelorโs (S1) degree in Logistics & Transportation Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
* Experience Level: Minimum of one year of relevant professional experience. High-achieving fresh graduates equipped with solid internship backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced command of Microsoft Excel, data management systems, shipping documentation procedures, and logistics reporting frameworks.
* Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and coordination abilities. Candidates demonstrating proficiency in Mandarin will be given preferred status.
* Work Location: Must be fully willing to be stationed at our corporate headquarters in Jakarta.
