## Job Role: Production Operator
We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented individual to join our production floor. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our manufacturing processes run smoothly, efficiently, and in strict compliance with safety and quality guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently according to standard operating procedures.
* Monitor production lines to maintain optimal output and minimize downtime.
* Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene protocols throughout the manufacturing lifecycle.
* Collaborate closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets.
* Identify and report any operational irregularities or equipment malfunctions promptly.
## Candidate Qualifications
To thrive in this dynamic manufacturing environment, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum of a High School diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
* Work Experience: At least 1 year of general working experience. Previous hands-on experience in a food manufacturing environment will be considered a distinct advantage.
* Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is highly preferred.
* Core Competencies:
* Strong critical thinking and logical problem-solving abilities.
* Excellent time management skills to handle fast-paced shift duties effectively.
