## Current Opening: Furniture Drafter
We are currently looking for a meticulous and creative Furniture Drafter to join our design and production department. If you possess a keen eye for detail and a passion for interior architecture, this role offers the perfect environment to advance your career.
Key Responsibilities
As a Furniture Drafter at PT Kian Olympic Indonesia, you will play a pivotal role in the transition from concept to creation. Your primary duties will include:
* Technical Documentation: Developing precise working drawings and client-facing presentation documents under the guidance of our R&D and project coordinators.
* Production Preparation: Creating detailed cutting patterns for raw materials, including upholstery fabric, HPL, compact board, marble, and edging components.
* Database Management: Maintaining an organized and accurate filing system for all technical drawings and design assets.
* Product Data Integration: Inputting and managing essential data related to technical drawings within our product knowledge database.
* Visual Communication: Supporting the team with image editing and visual preparation as directed by the design leadership.
Candidate Requirements
To succeed in this position, candidates should possess a blend of technical proficiency and collaborative soft skills. We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A degree or technical diploma (STM/D3/S1) in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or Furniture Design.
* Professional Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience within the architecture or interior design sectors.
* Technical Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, and Adobe Photoshop are essential.
* Administrative Skills: Competency in Microsoft Office suite.
* Communication: Passive English proficiency is required to manage technical documentation and international standards.
