The Management Trainee (MT) program is designed to develop the next generation of industry leaders. We are currently seeking ambitious candidates for the following specializations:
* Field: Agriculture, Forestry, or equivalent degrees.
* Mill: Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or Electronic & Instrumentation Engineering.
* Sustainability: Social Economic, Agriculture, Environmental, Forestry, or Agrotechnology.
* Public Relations: Law, International Relations, or Social Sciences.
* Accounts & Finance: Accounting degrees.
* Legal: Law graduates.
* Taxation: Tax or Accounting backgrounds.
