## Engineering and Technical Roles
1. Lean Engineer
Focus on driving organizational success by spearheading cost-reduction initiatives through Lean and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. Prior experience in Lean or Kaizen manufacturing is highly preferred, alongside strong project management and change management capabilities.
2. Process Engineer
Take ownership of designing and supervising high-quality line tooling, jigs, and fixtures, while pushing the boundaries of automation.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering. Proficiency in fabrication, machining, PLC programming, and technical drawing is essential.
3. Industrial Engineer
Optimize production efficiency by designing workstations, managing plant layouts, and calculating precise material and labor requirements.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Mechatronic Engineering. Technical competency in AutoCAD, basic automation control, and pneumatics is required.
4. Product Development Engineer
Bridge the gap between aesthetic design and manufacturing reality by developing 2D decorations and packaging.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Design. Expertise in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is required to ensure product manufacturability.
5. Product Engineer
Oversee the lifecycle of new toy projects from initial planning and design reviews to mass production.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. Must possess strong technical drawing skills and a solid understanding of product/process engineering.
6. Equipment & Facility Engineer
Ensure maximum operational uptime by managing preventive maintenance schedules and leading technical teams.
* Requirements: Diploma (D3) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering with at least 2 years of industry experience. Proficiency in PLC, hydraulics, and AutoCAD is mandatory.
7. Technician (Teknisi)
Execute critical machine operations and maintenance tasks on the production floor.
* Requirements: Vocational High School (SMK) graduate in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or Multimedia. Must have 3+ years of experience, expertise in PLC/printing machines or SolidWorks, and the ability to work shifts.

8. Supervisor Production
Lead shift operations with a focus on quality, safety, and performance standards.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. Proven leadership experience within a manufacturing environment is essential, along with a willingness to work on a rotational shift basis.
9. Material Planner
Manage purchase orders and coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure seamless material flow.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management. Requires 2–3 years of experience with MRP/ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
10. Indirect Buyer
Handle procurement for non-production materials and services while maintaining strict budget and quality standards.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university. Ability to manage supplier relationships, navigate procurement systems, and adapt to changing business needs.
