## Available Positions
We are currently hiring for two key roles based in strategic locations across Kalimantan. Review the specific requirements for each position to see where you fit best.
1. Partsman
As a Partsman, you will play a critical role in inventory management and warehouse operations to ensure our operational workflow runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Qualifications:
* Educational Background: Minimum vocational high school (SMK) graduate from any major.
* Residency: Local residents currently living in or near the placement areas are strongly encouraged to apply.
* Gender: Open to male and female applicants.
* Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; however, prior experience in an industrial setting is considered a strong advantage.
* Warehouse Familiarity: Prior knowledge or experience with warehouse management systems is a significant plus.
* Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with a strong focus on MS Excel.
* Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills.
* Health Requirements: Must have received at least the first booster vaccination for COVID-19.
* Placement Locations: Samarinda (East Kalimantan) and Tabalong (South Kalimantan).
2. Sales Representative
As a Sales Representative, you will act as the face of our company, driving business growth by building strong B2B relationships within the mining, forestry, oil and gas, and general industrial sectors.
Key Qualifications:
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) degree from any major.
* Residency: Must be locally domiciled in or near the respective placement areas.
* Gender: Open to male and female candidates.
* Professional Experience: At least 1 year of proven B2B sales experience within the industrial, mining, forestry, or oil and gas sectors.
* Character & Skills: Highly honest, responsible, and equipped with exceptional negotiation and communication abilities.
* Driving License: Must possess a valid and active Class A driver's license (SIM A).
* Mobility: Willing and ready to travel for field visits to client work sites.
* Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
* Team Collaboration: Able to work cohesively within a team environment while managing independent sales targets.
* Placement Locations: Banjarbaru, Berau, Balikpapan, and Tanah Bumbu (South Kalimantan).
