## Job Role: Accounting Staff
The Accounting Staff position plays a crucial role in maintaining the financial integrity and transparent reporting standards of the company. Ideal candidates will possess a sharp eye for numbers, a strong grasp of financial principles, and the adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily financial transactions, ledger entries, and general accounting operations with high accuracy.
* Prepare comprehensive financial reports, balance sheets, and income statements in compliance with company standards.
* Collaborate with internal departments to reconcile accounts, audit financial records, and resolve discrepancies promptly.
* Support month-end and year-end close processes efficiently while meeting strict corporate deadlines.
Candidate Qualifications
* Gender: Male or Female.
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting from a reputable institution.
* Experience Level: Fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds and a passion for corporate accounting are strongly encouraged to apply.
