## Job Role Overview: Maintenance Operator
As a Maintenance Operator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of advanced manufacturing machinery. Your daily contributions will directly impact production efficiency, minimizing downtime and maintaining the high-quality standards expected of Indofood Group subsidiaries.
Core Responsibilities
* Preventive Maintenance: Execute comprehensive preventive maintenance schedules for both electrical and mechanical systems to preempt equipment failures.
* Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve mechanical and operational machine issues swiftly to maintain production flow.
* Documentation & Reporting: Prepare detailed daily reports concerning maintenance activities, equipment status, and parts usage.
Key Requirements
To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following professional criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum high school graduate (SMA/SMK) specializing in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
* Work Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a related maintenance or machine operation role.
* Technical Competencies: Fundamental knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and semi-automated or fully automated systems. Strong machine troubleshooting capabilities are a distinct advantage.
