1. Management Trainee: Production
This role is designed for individuals who thrive in technical environments and possess a strategic mindset toward manufacturing excellence.
* Strategize and execute operational plans to optimize factory activities.
* Monitor production efficiency to ensure all output meets rigorous quality standards and internal benchmarks.
* Collaborate cross-departmentally to align production output with broader company objectives.

* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, Physics, or Electrical Engineering.
* Academic Performance: Minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; a maximum of one year of work experience is preferred.
* Leadership: Demonstrated leadership experience within academic or extracurricular organizations.
